A career carpenter by trade, he has honed his skills working primarily on the homes of the Inside-The-Beltline Raleigh communities with their historic presence and unique architecture. Historical renovations being a personal favorite. 

    The past 8 years have been spent with noted Raleigh Builder and native Greg Paul. His years of service overseeing countless projects for Greg Paul Builders Inc. was truly a great experience as well as a transformative one. With GP's retirement being the catalyst for Shane to make the transition from GPB Inc. into his own company. At SD-INC. we will continue to strive daily for the same level of excellence and produce the top-quality craftsmanship we are known for.

    Working hand in hand with some of the top Architects and Designers in our area, we will put our skills together to bring your dream home to life.
